The project received a positive conclusion from the Moscow State Expertise on October 18, 2013. No. 779-13/MGE/2131-2/5 and approved by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government M.Sh. Khusnullin.
The building will organically fit into the development of the residential area and will decorate it due to its unusual elliptical shape and chocolate coloring.
