A time capsule was laid today under the foundation of the construction of the new building of the Military Training Center of the Russian University of Transport - it was placed on the site of the future special training class, the capsule is planned to open in 100 years.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia Dmitry Bakanov, Rector of the Russian University of Transport Alexander Klimov, Head of the Main Directorate of the Railway Troops of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Oleg Kosenkov, representatives of the Department of Urban Development Policy of Moscow, the prefecture of the Northern Administrative District and students of RUT (MIIT).
