The military training center will appear after the reconstruction of the inactive educational building of the Russian University of Transport, located at the address: st. Taldomskaya, 5.
The military training center will be a facility for secondary and higher vocational education. The existing above-ground part of the building will be completely demolished, and a parade ground will appear in its place. The underground part of the building will be preserved and connected to the newly erected building by an underground passage.
During reconstruction, the main functional purpose of the facility and the scale of the building will be preserved. In addition to the classrooms, administration and teaching staff premises, a classroom, a gym and a catering unit with an incomplete technological food preparation cycle will be added. On the ground floor of the building there will be wardrobes, a dining room, a library and a training and demonstration hall. The second and third floors will house classrooms, as well as an auditorium and a gym. The fourth floor will accommodate office space, a server room and methodological rooms. The work is scheduled to be completed in December 2024
