In October-November 2014, JSC MAKhPI im. Academician Polyansky" won a number of contracts from the Moscow Property Department for major repairs of non-residential properties. The buildings are municipally owned and are rented out mainly for office space.
The contracts provide for the replacement of utilities, installation of modern fire protection systems and other measures in order to bring them into compliance with current standards.
