The design of the building of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation received a positive conclusion from the Glavgosexpertiza No. 879-14/GGE-9136/05 dated July 15, 2014.
JSC "MAKhPI im. Academician Polyansky" design and estimate documentation was developed for the department's 18-story building. In terms of architectural solutions, the building is based on simple and strict forms, connected to the existing building of the Investigative Committee and the entrance, forming a single complex with an internal courtyard. In addition to working premises for ICR employees, there is a multi-level underground parking lot, auditoriums and sports halls, a swimming pool, a health center, and a helipad.
