On the ground floor of the three-story building, in addition to the entrance lobby with a cloakroom, there is a swimming area with adult and children's pools. A gym with a massage room will open on the second floor, and a universal hall for team sports will be equipped on the third. There are several recreational facilities on the territory of the sports complex, including a winter garden. The building has an elevator with a lifting capacity of 1000 kilograms.
According to the head of the capital's supervisory department, on behalf of the Moscow Mayor, Mosgosstroynadzor pays special attention to the quality of mass and professional sports facilities being built in the capital.
