A new sports complex has appeared in the capital, equipped with the first biathlon shooting range in Moscow.
“The main task of the sports complex is to popularize children’s sports such as biathlon, skiing, orienteering, and many others. The future generation of athletes will be trained by Olympic and world champions, so that in the future the children will show the highest results. A capsule with a letter for future sports generations was laid at the base of the sports complex,” noted Andrey Bochkarev.
The total area of the facility is 8 thousand square meters. The three-story building of the complex houses: a universal sports hall for volleyball, handball, basketball, mini-football and other team sports, a shooting range and an administrative and amenity section.
The surrounding area is prepared for sports training sessions in skiing with the possibility of summer training.
