The complex will offer swimming, basketball, volleyball and tennis.
The building will consist of two blocks: one will house adult and children's pools and a gym, and the other will house a games room. It will be suitable for playing basketball, volleyball and tennis.
A gym with locker rooms and an instructors' office will occupy the third floor, and the administration of the complex will be located on the fourth. A medical office will be located next to the pools, and all gyms will be provided with auxiliary facilities: locker rooms, coaching rooms, equipment rooms, as well as a buffet.
