Sports complex with a swimming pool for GBPOU "MSSUOR No. 1"

The designed sports complex is intended for training and training exclusively for students of the State Budgetary Educational Institution “MSSUOR No. 1”. In this regard, the project provides for the demolition of two existing above-ground galleries (together with the existing Rhythmic Gymnastics Hall) with their subsequent restoration in new structures. All main sports areas are vertically connected by three staircase and elevator blocks; The underground part of the complex can also be accessed via elevators. In the underground floor there is a block of premises for the Rhythmic Gymnastics Hall; communication with the remaining floors of the building is carried out through the communication staircase LK-4 and elevators Nos. 1 and 2. The main technical premises of the sports complex are also located in the underground floor. The pumping rooms are provided with entrances from the street.

The proposed construction site is located in the Eastern Administrative District at the address: Izmailovsky Boulevard, 75/17. The territory of GBPOU "MSSUOR No. 1" is located at the intersection: from the north - 15th Parkovaya Street, from the east - 16th Parkovaya Street. From the south, the site borders on the territory of a 12-story residential building located along Izmailovsky Boulevard, from the west, on the territories of Kindergarten No. 267 and Gymnasium No. 1811. Due to the particularly crowded area, the designed building has an elongated shape in plan. Between the building of the sports complex and the dormitory building, the project provides for a fire passage, 4.2 m wide, including sidewalks. The volume of the building has horizontal platforms that will be used as exploitable terraces. Since the site in question is part of an already established planning structure, the improvement of the site will affect only these terraces and the area immediately adjacent to the building. The brightness of the color scheme of the facades enlivens the muted surroundings. A ventilated facade system with HPL panel cladding was designed. In axes 1-12, at the level of the 3rd floor of the mezzanine, the project provides for cladding of the ventilated facade with profiled aluminum sheet (with a rebate molded on factory equipment). At the basement and pit level there is a ventilated façade with natural stone cladding.
