The sports complex hosts training, physical education, sports and sports and entertainment events in judo. The complex includes a one-story gym with four wrestling mats and a three-story administrative building. The gym can accommodate 80 people at a time; there are 160 collapsible stands for spectators.
The building also houses a gym, coaching rooms, rooms for judges, medical rooms, a recovery block with massage and infrared cabins, a methodological room, a cafeteria, a warm-up area and administrative and utility rooms.
