Extension of the primary school block to GOU Secondary School No. 1495

The primary school block is intended for teaching children aged 6-10 years, localizing the process of this learning and decompressing the body of the supporting structure - GBOU Secondary School No. 1495. The capacity of the facility is 300 students.
The most compact planning structure of 3 floors with a technical underground (partial basement) and a combined roof (without technical superstructures) was adopted. There are premises for 12 classes, classrooms for special classes and extended day groups, a dining room with 110 seats and a catering unit. In addition, the facility includes a sports hall and an assembly hall, designed as two-height volumes. The project provides for the orientation of classes to the south-eastern sector, double-sided and overhead lighting of recreation areas, inclusion of hall spaces in recreation, zoning of various groups of premises and convenient connections between them. The proposed space-planning solution of the BNK provides optimal conditions for the implementation of functional processes occurring in it, reflects the specifics of the building and provides comfortable operating conditions.
The finishing of the facades is decorative textured rusticated plaster with polychrome painting, in coordination with the color scheme of the supporting school.
The building was put into operation, was visited by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on August 12, 2015, and will accept students from September 1st.
