The objective of the facility is to provide ambulance and emergency medical care to the population of the Yuzhnoye Butovo district - in modes of departure at the place of call, on the way to inpatient facilities, and also, in exceptional cases, when patients go directly to the substation.
The estimated capacity of the facility is 6-8 thousand calls; staff - 104 people per shift. Opening hours: 24 hours a day.
The site is located in an area of complex transport intersection and its irregular shape extremely complicated the design situation and determined the acute specificity of the volumetric solution of the object.
The proposed building has a lens-shaped plan, corresponding to the radial structure of the adjacent city passages, with a courtyard and a system of entrances along the central axis of symmetry. In the one-story part of the building there is a covered parking for ambulances with 20 spaces. The three-story wing contains administrative offices, premises for field teams, other services and offices. Glazed staircases in the corners and stained glass windows of the conference room on the third floor accentuate the accepted shape of the object and serve as unique landmarks in the urban space (especially at night).
Facade structures are hinged, certified, covered with building enamel cassettes and activated color scheme.
