Complex of buildings of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation

The building of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is located next to the existing ICR building in Tekhnicheskiy Lane in the North of Moscow. The existing SKR building and the newly erected one are connected by glass passages, forming a single complex with a courtyard.
The architectural and compositional solution, scale, and strict lines emphasize the integrity of the complex of buildings of the Investigative Committee.
The volume-planning composition is based on a combination of rectangular protruding and receding volumes, on the contrast of an array of glass walls and a relief stone wall with openings.
The internal spatial design of the building is determined by the functional structure of the facility - these are the premises of various departments, technical premises, as well as a cultural center, a sports complex and medical offices of a health center.
