It is planned to build a center for social services for the population of the Biryulyovo-Zapadnoe district at the address: st. Medynskaya vl. 11A. The center necessary to serve city residents in need of social support will be built on the demolition of the ambulance substation building.
The proposed construction site is located on the territory of 6 microdistrict. Biryulyovo district of Western Southern Administrative District.
The architecture of the area took shape in the 80s. XX century and is represented by 12-16 storey multi-apartment residential buildings. The compact, modern three-story building contrasts with the surrounding buildings. The courtyard in front of the central entrance to the building, covered with a canopy made of translucent structures made of non-combustible materials, gives the building a special flavor.
The color scheme of the facades is presented in an ecological range - gray and brown shades. The offices and premises are fitted into a modular grid and are located around two two-height halls (entrance hall and assembly hall), strung on the main compositional axis and being the planning dominant of the building. Measures for access to the building for people with limited mobility are taken into account, bathrooms for the disabled, information devices and means to facilitate orientation inside the building are provided.
