The planned residential building with utility networks, landscaping and underground parking for 42 cars.

On the first floor there is a lobby with double vestibules, a pram room, a concierge room and a security room.

For facade cladding, various combinations of materials are used: clinker tiles, metal cassettes, fibre cement boards.

Special attention is paid to color. Harmonious combination of different colors and materials contributes to the enhancement of the expressiveness of the building's appearance.
