The site allocated for the Social and Sports Center is located in sensitive territory No. 1 of the riot police town.
The building is made in contrasting white, blue and red colors, based on the facade of the nearby barracks. Functionally, the Center is divided into a club and sports part, united by a vestibule and a double-height foyer space. The club part includes an auditorium with 1000 seats, a dance hall, a library and rooms for club activities. The sports part includes a swimming pool and a games room 42x24m with stands for 300 seats. There is a buffet for visitors, a lobby, an underground parking lot for 99 cars and other functional and utility rooms.
